Where we ship

We ship LED video lights and rechargeable flashlights from Estonia to addresses inside the European Union and to the other destinations offered at checkout. If a delivery address cannot be served, that option is not shown and an order cannot be placed for it.

Order processing: 1 to 3 business days

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. An order placed at a weekend or on a public holiday starts processing on the next business day. A confirmation email with the tracking number follows as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Estimated delivery: 15 business days

Delivery is estimated at 15 business days from dispatch. Most European Union addresses are reached sooner; the estimate covers the slower end of the carrier's range. Tracking is included with every shipment and is updated by the carrier.

Shipping cost is calculated by distance

The shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and from the size and weight of the parcel, so it follows the distance the parcel travels. The amount is shown before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

Damaged parcels: within 48 hours

If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and write to contact@lumencircuit.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We replace the product or refund it in full, including the shipping cost, and we cover the return.

Lost parcels: within 7 days

If the tracking has not moved for 7 days past the estimated delivery date, write to contact@lumencircuit.shop with the order number. We open a trace with the carrier, and a parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded in full.

Address changes

Write to us as soon as you notice that the delivery address is wrong. We can still change it while the order has not been dispatched; after dispatch the carrier's redirection rules apply.
