Refund and return policy

This policy applies to every order of LED video lights and rechargeable flashlights placed with JEGOR BELKOVSKI through lumencircuit.shop.

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason and without a penalty. Write to contact@lumencircuit.shop inside those 14 days and we will send the return instructions. You may open the packaging and inspect the product as you would in a shop; you are liable only for a loss of value caused by handling that goes beyond that.

30-day returns

Beyond the statutory period we accept unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Send back everything that came in the box, including cables, adapters, mounts and the printed instructions. A product that has been installed, mounted on a wall or run for weeks is not unused.

How to start a return

Email contact@lumencircuit.shop with the order number and the reason. We reply within one business day and confirm the return address at Kooli tn 2b, 86703 Sindi, Estonia. Please do not ship anything back before you have that confirmation, because a parcel sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and has been checked, the purchase price is refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds are issued in USD, the currency the order was placed in. Return shipping is free of charge when you follow the instructions we send; if the product arrived damaged, was faulty, or was not what you ordered, we cover the return in full.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

Inspect the parcel when it arrives. Report visible damage, a missing part or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the product, and we replace it or refund it in full including the shipping cost. A parcel that has not arrived is reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date; we open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, resend the item or refund it.

Warranty

Consumer electronics sold here carry the statutory two-year warranty for lack of conformity under Estonian and EU law. Keep the order confirmation, it is your proof of purchase. A fault caused by misuse, an unauthorised repair, liquid ingress beyond the rating stated on the product page, or a modification is not covered.
